SKYLINE ALL-SKILLS CAMP

| This 3-DAY/4-HOUR camp is designed for beginners to the intermediate levels and will offer instruction and training of the new high-performance skills and techniques of passing, setting, attacking, serving, and defense. Emphasis is placed on developing court movement and ball control, as well as game competition. A variety of drills, games and competition will be used to put these techniques into practice. Campers are divided by age, skill level, and experience onto courts which provide the appropriate learning environment.
Camp t-shirt and volleyball will be provided to all athletes for this camp. |

MIDDLE SCHOOL ELITE CAMP

| This 4-DAY/3-HOUR camp will touch on fundamental skills but will focus on the more advanced skills training, new high-performance techniques and position training. This camp is designed to give the experienced volleyball player an intense preparation for their upcoming middle school season. Campers are divided by age, skill level, and experience onto courts which provide the appropriate learning environment. To participate in the Elite camp you need to have played club volleyball or have played on 7th or 8th grade team. Camp t-shirt and volleyball will be provided to all athletes for this camp. |

| SKYLINE TRAINING CAMPS |
DEFENSE BOOT CAMP

June 10-11, 2010
(9:00am-12:00pm & 1:30-3:30pm) |

| 2-day (10 hours total) defense training designed to breakdown the defensive techniques and provide reps like no other. Techniques broken down and from shin digs, hooks, run-thrus, core digging, passing and much more. Training will be a 3hr morning session and a 2hr afternoon session Day 1 and a 3hr morning session day 2.
Skyline Boot Camp t-shirt will be provided to all athletes for this camp. |

| 2-day (10 hours total) hitter training designed to breakdown the swing and provide reps like no other. Techniques broken down and from footwork to landing. Training will run 9:00am to 3:30pm with a 90 minute break in the middle.

Training will run 9:00am to 3:30pm with a 90 minute break in the middle. Training consists of Footwork training, hand development, decision making, ball placement, 1st, 2nd, & 3rd tempo sets, conditioning, and much more. Skyline Boot Camp t-shirt will be provided to all athletes for this camp. |

| This 3-DAY/3-HOUR camp is designed for the more serious athlete wanting to improve on a certain skill at a very high level of intensity. You will be able to choose between middle hitting, outside hitting, passing and defense. This camp is a three day crash course to get your skills tuned up for your upcoming season. If you do not have the time to attend a full week camp, this is the place for you.
