1. Strive to make decisions based on what is best for the athletes.

2.    Train young athletes to excel at higher levels of competition.

3.    Integrate coaching strategies (offense/defense) so that players can take what they have learned in the past and apply it to the following year(s).

4.    Sustain a coaching philosophy throughout the club based on Positive Reinforcement, Encouragement, and Motivation.
