Skyline Sports has teamed up with Ian Johnson and High Five Fitness to bring you professional Strength, Conditioning, Rehabilitation services.

4 Week Vertical Training: $360
8 sessions of intense focus on improving jumping mechanics, joint stability, muscle strength, and muscle endurance. High Five Fitness trainers will focus on providing noticeable improvements to your block and approach vertical. Trainers will educate the athletes in ways to avoid injuries due to overtraining and monitor the athletes total summer training regimens.

 

High School and College Lifting: $55 a session or 4 for $200
High five fitness trainers will teach the athletes the fundamentals of weightlifting for the high school and college level. Trainers will teach proper lifting techniques as well as introduce exercises that can be substituted in case of current or past injuries.

 

Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: $55 a session
High five fitness trainers will focus on functionally training athletes to help them avoid injuries due to the high stress that volleyball places on their bodies. For those who are already injured trainers will focus on regaining and improving functional movement to the injury.*
    *This is not a substitute for physical therapy. Trainers are not licensed in physical Therapy procedures.
