See All Beach Events on the EventScheduler Team Check-in is at 5:30pm. Captain's meeting for all events will be at 5:55pm. Play will begin at 6:00pm promptly and conclude by 10:00pm Entry fee is $20 per person ($40 per team)

1) Click on the "Register Now" link above
2) Follow the Registration Instructions.
3) If you provide an email address, confirmation will be sent to your email
4) Sign Waiver and Medical Release Forms (one time only)
5) Be at Yucatan by 5:30pm the day of the event ($20 per person)
* Please inform us of cancellations by 10am the morning of the event.
** No shows will result in both members being dropped to a lower pool in their next event.

Players will not be allowed to participate without these forms signed off by their parents. You my mail these forms in or give them to us at the tournament.

Registration Deadline for the Beach Party Series?

10:00am on on the Monday of the event. Walk-ups will be allowed if space if available.

How much does it cost?

$20 per person

What kind of drinks can we bring into Yucatan?

YOU CANNOT BRING ANY FOOD OR DRINKS INTO YUCATAN. WE WILL PROVIDE WATER AND FOOD AND BEVERAGES ARE ALSO FOR SALE ON SITE.

Do we have to play every Monday?

No, play any Monday you want. Each Monday is a separate tournament.

What if I don't have a partner, can I still play?

There must be two players on each team, but their are two things you could do.
1) We will have a spot on the website for "Players looking for a Partner". If you provide us with your information we will post your name, age, and an email address on our website for players to contact you directly.
2) Its very probable that players will come up to the tournament without a partner. If space is available in the tournament and there are two players with out a partner, we will put them together and let them play.

Can I switch partners ?

Yes & No, From week to week you can switch partners. You do not have to play with the same partner every week. On the other hand, players WILL NOT be allowed to play on more than one team on a single Monday night. If a partner has to leave, a player can pick up someone that has not played, but they cannot pick up a player that has already played that day

Is there a dress code?

YES, we will strictly enforce the dress code which is...

Uniform Bottoms, must have a fabric minimum length of 7" at the hip

Uniform Tops, sports bras or bathing suit tops must be accompanied with a tank top or t-shirt. Tankinis are acceptable

Partners do not need to match.

What is a Tankin?

Will food and drinks be available at Yucatan?

Yes, Yucatan has a full menu to offer from their kitchen. VERY GOOD FOOD!

Yucatan will also provide a non-alcoholic bar for an assortment of cold and frozen drinks.

How does the Monday evening Beach Party Series work?

Beginning Monday, May 19, 2008 at 6:00pm we will host a doubles sand volleyball tournament every Monday night. The tournament will initially split by ages. Each team will have an opportunity to advance to a higher playing level the next event by based on their previous results.
There will be a captains meeting every Monday at 5:55pm prior to play beginning at 6:00pm.
