Dallas Skyline capped off an extraordinary 2026 season by earning the No. 1 position in the North Texas Region Girls Club Index.
The annual rankings, produced by Vstar Volleyball for the North Texas Region of USA Volleyball, measure club-wide success based on teams’ performances in the North Texas Region rankings and qualification for the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.
Dallas Skyline finished the 2026 season at the top of the standings with 238 points—more than any other girls volleyball club in North Texas.
This recognition reflects much more than the success of one team. It represents the tremendous depth, consistency and competitive excellence demonstrated throughout the Dallas Skyline program.
No. 1 at the Triple Crown Volleyball NIT
Skyline’s success was evident early in the season when Dallas Skyline earned the No. 1 spot in the 2026 Triple Crown Volleyball NIT Top Club Awards.
The Triple Crown National Invitational Tournament brings together many of the most accomplished youth volleyball programs in the country. Clubs earned points based on their teams’ performances in the tournament’s Elite Divisions, with results combined across the 13U through 18U age groups.
When all age-group results were calculated, Dallas Skyline finished as the top-performing club at the event.

21 Teams Qualified for the USAV National Championships
Dallas Skyline qualified an incredible 21 teams for the 2026 USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships.
Among those accomplishments:
- 11 Dallas Skyline teams qualified in the highest divisions—the most of any club in the nation.
- 9 Dallas Skyline teams qualified for the Open Division—the most of any club in the nation.
- Skyline teams earned numerous top finishes, including a national championship, an Open Division runner-up finish and two additional national podium finishes.

Dallas Skyline 10 Royal also competed in the USAV Girls Junior Club Championships and finished in third place.
A Record-Breaking Season
Dallas Skyline teams produced outstanding results throughout the entire 2026 season:
- 38 tournament championships
- 71 appearances in tournament finals
- A club-record 193 top-five finishes
- 10 qualifier championships
- 28 medals at national qualifiers
- 11 teams ranked in the North Texas Region Top 5, tying a club record
- 19 teams ranked in the North Texas Region Top 15, tying a club record
Team Achievement Leaders
Dallas Skyline 14 Royal-Erin led the club with 7 tournament championships and 8 appearances in tournament finals.
Four Skyline teams recorded 9 top-five finishes, the most in the club:

- 15 Royal-Ryan
- 16 Royal-Paul
- 11 Royal
Dallas Skyline teams won 10 national qualifiers during the season. Both 13 Royal and 15 Royal-Ryan captured 2 qualifier championships.
Four teams led Skyline with 3 qualifier medals each:

- 16 Royal-Paul
- 13 Royal
- 11 Royal
These results highlight the consistency and depth of the Skyline program—from its youngest teams through the 18s age division.
Two Skyline Athletes Selected to Represent Team USA
The 2026 season also included a remarkable individual achievement for two Dallas Skyline athletes.
Congratulations to Taylor Johnson and Brynli Burgess on being selected to the 14-player U.S. Girls U17 National Team roster for the 2026 FIVB Girls U17 World Championship.
Taylor, a 6-foot outside hitter from Plano, and Brynli, a 5-foot-9 libero from Van Alstyne, will represent the United States at the World Championship in Santiago, Chile, August 6–16.
Their selection is an extraordinary honor and a proud moment for their families, teammates, coaches and the entire Dallas Skyline community.

27 Years of Excellence
Dallas Skyline’s 2026 accomplishments add to a tradition of excellence that has been built over nearly three decades.
During the club’s first 27 years, Dallas Skyline qualified 249 teams for USA Volleyball national championship events.
That sustained success begins with the commitment of Skyline’s athletes and families and is strengthened by an experienced and dedicated coaching staff. Dallas Skyline head coaches have been with the club for an average of 7.7 years. Head coaches and assistant coaches have worked together for an average of 4.5 years.
That continuity creates a consistent training environment, strengthens the club’s culture and allows coaches to remain invested in athletes’ development over multiple seasons.

Being named the No. 1 girls volleyball club in North Texas is a tremendous honor, but it is also the result of thousands of hours of preparation, practice, travel, sacrifice and teamwork.
Dallas Skyline congratulates every athlete, coach and team that contributed to this unforgettable season. We also thank our parents, families, staff members and supporters for the important roles they played throughout the year.
From earning the Triple Crown NIT Top Club Award to qualifying 21 teams for the USAV National Championships—and finishing the season No. 1 in North Texas—2026 will be remembered as one of the greatest seasons in Dallas Skyline history.
