In this training program we will use many different workouts to push your athlete to the next level. Your athlete will not only grow physically, but also mentally as we understand the importance of a good mindset going into competition.
Athletes of every sport need strength, and it has been recognized that young athletes see more muscle gains. Starting to build muscle from an early age will set you apart from the rest and allow you to reach your goals earlier.
Athletes are generally at a higher risk of injuries due to the high speed and physicality of sports. Strength training can help with preparing the body and more specifically the muscle-tendon units to be more resilient to the stresses sustained in sports. Strength training allows the athlete to increase flexibility and stamina and overall performance on the court.
