The North Texas Region (NTR) of USA Volleyball is the governing body of Club Volleyball for the Dallas area.&nbsp; The NTR is using the Online Commitment System (OCS) to help communicate and track offers and acceptance for club teams.&nbsp; This system is important to help enforce the recruiting policies that help protect for the families and clubs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ntr.vstarvolleyball.com\/ocs\/index.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Public OCS Website Link<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acceptance (Signing) Day<\/strong><br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Tuesday, July 7, 2026 for all teams<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE DAY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I have been offered a spot on a Skyline team, what do I do next?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate Quickly and Clearly to your Coach or Skyline Administration that you <strong>accept the offer and your daughter is 100% in<\/strong> for the team offered.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We ask families are not in other clubs gym until after signing day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Verify you are receiving emails from the OCS<\/strong> server | <a href=\"https:\/\/ntr.vstarvolleyball.com\/ocs\/check_email.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click Here to Verify your Email<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you did NOT play in North Texas region of USA Volleyball last year, then you will need to add your daughter to the OCS database | <a href=\"https:\/\/ntr.vstarvolleyball.com\/ocs\/add_player.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click Here to add player to OCS<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you played on a NTR club team last year, then your name is already in the database&#8230; you do NOT want to create a duplicate record of your daughter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skyline Admin will let you know if your daughter is not in the OCS prior to Acceptance day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>iTeamApp account | Make sure you have an iTeamApp account.&nbsp; If you signed up for tryouts, you most likely have an account as it was used to signup. | <a href=\"https:\/\/iteamapp.com\/go.php?id=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click Here to go to iTeamApp<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ON ACCEPTANCE DAY: (Dates above)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Between 2am &amp; 6am, you will receive an Offer from the OCS from &#8220;No Reply&#8221; (offers@ntr.vstarvolleyball.com)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The title of the email will be similar to &#8220;Offer from NTR Club&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the Link in the email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accept the Offer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign the Skyline\/Athlete Agreement (link to agreement will be in offer email).&nbsp; You can sign the agreement from a phone or computer (no printing needed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make the $900-$1,000 initial installment.&nbsp; If your daughter&#8217;s name is not in the drop down by team, then follow step #4 above about iTeamApp account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That is all.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNIFORM TRY-ON:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uniform Fitting will be in August of 2025.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dates and Times coming soon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CLUB TRAINING FOR SKYLINE ATHLETES:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>September &#8211; October 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every Sunday &amp; Wednesday<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Charge for all Skyline athletes, we will be offering Weekly Training Sessions at no additional cost.&nbsp; Every Sunday &amp; Wednesday in September &#8211; October&nbsp; will be the Training Sessions led by some of our top coaches.&nbsp; We do ask that you RSVP for each session through the link in your iTeamApp Account so we know how many athletes to expect and we can staff accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CLUB PREP FOR 9s-11s:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>August &#8211;
