Skyline requires all teams to have at least two (2) players and a coach be a certified Scorekeeper.
They must complete a certification course every year.

Only Coaches are required to take the R2 clinic each year. North Texas Region does not allow players to R2 in NTR Sanctioned events.

2023 USA Volleyball Girls Juniors National Championships took play June 28 – July 1. Skyline 14 Royal finished 3rd place in the highest division at the National tournament.
